Buying shoes at Tribe34.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We want to make shopping online with Tribe34.com as simple as possible, so just Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Browse our website<\/strong>: www.tribe34.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Simply browse through our website and click in Shop in our menu at the right.<\/p>\n

In our webstore you can browse by category using the navigation menu across the top of the page. Simply click on the appropriate heading to see styles in the different categories.<\/p>\n

You can go straight to the department you are interested in by clicking on one of the headings in the navigation menu at the top of the page (e.g. \u201cWomen\u2019s\u201d, \u201cMen\u2019s\u201d).<\/p>\n

Alternatively, by hovering over the headings (e.g. \u201cWomen\u2019s\u201d, \u201cMen\u2019s\u201d,etc) in the navigation menu at the top of the page you can see sub-headings which lead you straight to further categories \u2013 e.g. for \u201cWomen\u2019s\u201d you can narrow your search by using the category such as \u201cAlltime\u201d, \u201cOrion\u201d, \u201cPearl\u201d.
\nChoosing a shoe model<\/strong><\/p>\n

After you have narrowed your search using the category or search options on the right side of the page, you will be presented with a list of models.<\/p>\n

Each product on the list will have a photographic image, the name of the style and it\u00b4s price.<\/p>\n

To learn more about a particular product simply click on the image to see its product page. These product pages will enable you to see a larger image of the style, plus alternative views of the product from different angles, all with a zoom facility.<\/p>\n

Here you\u00b4ll also find a written description of the style, and information about its construction \u2013 e.g. material, fastenings, etc.<\/p>\n

Stock availability of the style will also be visible on these pages. If a size is available, you can click on the size and the color (if applicable). It i tis out of stock, the size will not be available.<\/p>\n

Placing an order<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you have found the style you would like to order, you can check the sizes that are available down the product image. All sizes will be shown in European sizes. If the size you want is in stock, and you would like to order it, simply click on the size you want and the select the quantity in the box to the right\u2013 you can adjust the quantity by using the up or down arrows next to the quantity box. Then click on the blue \u201cAdd\u201d button to the right of the quantity box.<\/p>\n

Once you have done this a new page will open to check your shopping cart.<\/p>\n

Checking Out<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the checkout, you will see a summary of the item(s) you have placed in your shopping basket. Here you can add a promotional or voucher code (if applicable) in the box on the top right side of the screen and click \u201capply coupon\u201d to the right of this.<\/p>\n

On the \u201cShopping Cart\u201d page, the product total amount will be displayed (in Euros), under the product picture, on the center of the sreen.<\/p>\n

You should enter your destination to get a shipping estimate price.<\/p>\n

Then you can procedure directly to checkout or pay via PayPal.<\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Checkout method <\/strong><\/p>\n

You can choose checkout as a guest, doing a new regist or, if you are already registered, you can log in your account.<\/p>\n

If you choose the Checkout as a Guest<\/strong>, you have to complete the form whith your personal information.<\/p>\n

If you choose Checkout and get the registration<\/strong>, you have to complete the form with your personal information and click in \u201cCreate na account\u201d.<\/p>\n

If you are you are already registered, you just have to Log In your account and confirm all your information.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 Billing Informartion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here you will be asked to complete and check your billing details. Here you can edit your billing name and address details.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Shipping Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here you choose the address to send your product. If you want to send for the address in your accont just click \u201cShip to this address\u201d, if you want to send to another one, click \u201cShip to different address\u201d and complete the information of the new address. You have the option to write a special order for your shipping.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2013 Shipping Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

This part of the checkout shows your delivery options and the price of each one. You can choose a Standard delivery or Express delivery. Please select your prefered option.<\/p>\n

Step 6 \u2013 Order review<\/strong><\/p>\n

This part of the checkout allows you to review your order and shows the item(s) you have ordered (product reference, name, colour, size and quantity) and the delivery method as well as the costs and any promotional discounts that have been applied.<\/p>\n

Step 6 \u2013 Payment Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here you choose your payment method. You can choose between Paypal or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

Your transaction will be processed through bank transfer or PayPal account with the highest level of security.<\/p>\n

Once you are happy, that the details are correct, please click in the black \u201cPlace order\u201d button.<\/p>\n
