Welcome to the Tribe34 shop. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Privacy
Tribe34 respects our customer´s account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted by Tribe34 website.
Changes to our terms and conditions
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
Delivery
Purchased items will be dispatched within 5 business days of the order and payment. For Portugal the delivery time is 5 working days. For Europe the delivery time is 10 working days. For the rest of the world we dispatched in 15-20 working days.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive (outside of Europe), and 5 days within Portugal. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify Tribe34 through support@tribe34.com. The buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. Tribe34 is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. Prices, shipping & handling charges
For customers in Portugal the shippint costs will be 3,50 EUR or free in case of spend over 70 EUR. For europe the shipping costs will be 8.99 EUR or free in case of buying above 70 euros.
For customers outside Europe, additional charges may apply. Please email Tribe34 if this is the case.
Sizing of our products
The Tribe34 shoes normally fit the same like than other brands.
Product availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Return policy
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 15 working days counting from the day you received the shoes. You can open the package and check the contents and try, but cannot use them. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging with all the accessories.
Return costs are for the customer in case of refund and in charge of Tribe34 in case of exchange, unless otherwise indicated by Tribe34 customer service. Check more in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Sale
• All sale orders are final
• No refunds and exchanges are possible
• It’s not allowed to use any vouchers during the sale period
• The delivery time may take a few days longer than usual
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Is not liable for any damages directly or indirectly, after the delivery by any cause whatsoever caused to the buyer at the buyer’s business, to family buyers, to others or to property of third parties. Tribe34 is not liable for the non-availability of permanent www.tribe34.com or for technical or electronic errors on the site.
Sale
Products that are sold during a sale, or when product have a discounted price. This means that sale product cannot be returned, exchanged and/or refunded.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Tribe34 harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Tribe34 product.
Miscellaneous
This Site is controlled and operated by Tribe34 from its office in Guimarães, Portugal.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Tribe34. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Tribe34 also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Tribe34 sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Tribe34, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
