Cancelling your order before shipping

You can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped.

If you place an order and want to cancel it, you should contact immediately Tribe34 Support and ask for the cancellation via email support@tribe34.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the client will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the client.

If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the client. If the client maintains the intention to cancel the order, the client should refuse to receive it. The products will be returned and, after being received, the refund will be processed, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount you will receive.

Return of faulty products

The client has the right to return the products delivered if they have defects or other non-compliances.

The reception of faulty items must be reported to Tribe34 via the email support@tribe34.com within 5 (five) days of receiving the order, including a photograph that documents the defects. If your complaint is justified, the amount paid for the product and for the shipping charges will be refunded.

Tribe34 reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.

Please note Tribe34 shoes are made in leather which is a natural material and might incorporate natural characteristics that should be considered unique marks.

Returning products

The client may return the product(s) ordered thirty (14) days after receiving them, provided that:

  1. a) The product(s) have not been used;
  2. b) The product(s) maintain their original features, labels intact;
  3. c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to Tribe34 Warehouse.

The client shall request the return by sending an email to support@tribe34.com explaining why you wish to return of your order.

Once the returned product is received, Tribe34 will review and confirm its condition and, where applicable, we will refund within the amount paid by the client without any expenses. All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed within 30 working days. It may take up to 15 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If the returned products are damaged or worn, Tribe34 reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the client.

Remember that the shoebox is part of the goods. Should we receive a damaged box we will charge a fee of 40 euros. If your return used or damaged goods, we cannot accept your return. We will send you an email when we receive your return and refund has been made, or when we have shipped your exchange order.

Please note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges for other size or other articles

If you want to exchange the product ordered by another size or another article, please place another order on the webstore.
