Shipping and delivery

Tribe34 shall send the product(s) ordered by the client, from Monday to Friday, from except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the client.

Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.

Purchased items will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order and payment. For Portugal the delivery time is 5 working days. For Europe the delivery time is 10 working days. For the rest of the world we dispatched in 15-20 working days.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive (outside of Europe), and 5 days within Portugal. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify Tribe34 through support@tribe34.com. The buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of Europe and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. Tribe34 is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

The responsiveness of Tribe34 within these deadlines depends on the availability of our stock and cannot be guaranteed in periods of promotions, sales and during Christmas season. Tribe34 will inform you of the availability of the product(s) ordered and shall refund the amount paid, within 72 hours from the knowledge of the items unavailability.

In case of unavailability of the carrier to make the delivery of the purchased products on the specified date, the client will be contacted to be given another delivery date.

At the time of delivery, you must inspect the package in order to check for possible damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. Please report the situation to Tribe34, if possible documented with photos, to the e-mail support@tribe34.com and if you agree, Tribe34 will proceed to resend the order at no cost to you. If you wish to cancel the order, the full amount paid for the order will be reimbursed, except for customs duties, taxes and shipping costs.

After this time has elapsed, Tribe34 cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Tribe34 considers the delivery done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.

Prices, shipping & handling charges

For customers in Portugal the shippint costs will be 3,50 EUR or free in case of spend over 70 EUR.

For europe the shipping costs will be 12,99 EUR or free in case of buying above 70 euros.
